　　根据上海国际能源交易中心发布的《上海国际能源交易中心交易细则（修订版）》《上海国际能源交易中心风险控制管理细则（修订版）》的公告（上海国际能源交易中心公告〔2025〕111号），经研究决定，自2026年1月1日起，上海国际能源交易中心期货公司会员、境外特殊经纪参与者和境外中介机构不执行限仓。上海国际能源交易中心可以根据市场情况进行调整。

　　Circular on Adjusting the Position Limit of Futures Firm Members , Overseas Special Brokerage Participants and Overseas Intermediaries All related parties,

　　In accordance with the Announcement on the Release of the Revised Trading Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and the Risk Management Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, as from January 1, 2026, the percentage-based position limit will not apply to the Futures Firm Members (the “FF Members”), Overseas Special Brokerage Participants (the “OSBPs”) and Overseas Intermediaries. The Shanghai International Energy Exchange may make adjustments according to market conditions.

　　In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version and English translation, the Chinese version shall prevail.
