　　寒梅破雪绽新蕊，晨钟破晓迎晨曦。我们伫立在2026年的门槛，回望来路峥嵘，远眺前路浩荡。三十三载星霜流转，《高能环境约法》如孤灯塔火，始终照亮我们从蹒跚起步到稳健驰骋的征程；2025这一年，是高能环境否极泰来的转折之年，是破茧成蝶的蜕变之年，更是以孤勇为铠、信念为戈，书写绝地反击的奋斗之年。

　　谁能忘，2025年初的彻骨寒凉？我们怀悲壮之心启程，携孤注一掷之勇直面挑战，践行“眼前事因时而变，赚钱事穷尽可能”的箴言，无用之事当断则断，攻坚之任当扛则扛，未解之困当候则候。恰如寒梅傲霜，我们于风雨中深扎根系以固基，在磨砺中强健筋骨以自强。这一年，我们交出了八十分以上的硬核答卷，凝聚团队磐石之力，厚植市场信任之壤，为叩开矿业新门、扬帆全球化征程，积蓄了一往无前的勇气与底气。

　　将军赶路不追小兔，勇者登峰不恋平坡。昔以尺素量征途之实，今以丈绳拓万里之程，八十公分的步幅，当拓展至九尺之阔；昔以箭矢穿云显迅疾，今以惊雷奔涌破藩篱，八十公里之时速，当超越百迈之速。新的一年，我们将以“三箭齐发”之势，于国内、海外、矿业三大战场同频共振、同向攻坚。2026年的挑战难度，或将再升一至两个层级，但这正是我们从“优秀”迈向“卓越”的必经之路，我们将以“大步向前、勇猛精进”为奋进鼓点，向着更强的壁垒、更险的征途、更广的天地毅然迈进！

　　旧岁已书千重锦，新年当展百尺竿。2026年的征程已铺展于前，这是高能人逐梦的新战场，更是公司向远而行的新坐标。让我们揽星河入怀，执日月为灯，不困于过往，不忧于未知，以笃行之姿踏平前路坎坷，以凌云之志擘画未来山河。

　　新岁如椽，可书千秋伟业；初心如磐，能抵岁月漫长。惟愿：山河锦绣，民阜家昌，所有躬身耕耘皆有厚馈，所有心怀热望皆绽华光。

　　The cold plum blossoms break through the snow to burst with new buds, and the morning bell rings at dawn to greet the first rays of sunlight. Standing on the threshold of 2026, we look back on the extraordinary journey and gaze ahead at the vast road ahead. Over thirty-three years of trials and tribulations, the BGE Corporate Charter has been like a lighthouse, always illuminating our path from tentative steps to steady strides. The year 2025 was a turning point for BGE to turn the corner after overcoming hardships, a year of transformation from cocoon to butterfly, and even more a year of striving with courage as armor and faith as a spear to write a brilliant comeback story.

　　Who can forget the bitter chill at the start of 2025? We embarked on the journey with a solemn resolve, facing challenges with the courage of going all out. We practiced the maxim: "Adapt to changes for immediate matters; spare no effort for profitable endeavors; abandon what is useless without hesitation; shoulder tough tasks without flinching; and leave unresolved difficulties to time." Just like plum blossoms defying frost, we deepened our roots amid storms to consolidate our foundation and strengthened our muscles through trials to empower ourselves. This year, we delivered a solid performance of over 80 points, uniting the unshakable strength of the team and nurturing the soil of market trust, laying a firm foundation of courage and confidence for breaking into the new mining sector and embarking on the global journey.

　　A general on a mission does not chase hares; a brave man climbing a peak does not linger on flat slopes. Once we measured our journey with a foot rule, now we expand our horizon with a yardstick—strides that were 80 centimeters must extend to no less than 90 centimeters; once we advanced as swiftly as arrows piercing the clouds, now we surge forward like thunder to break barriers—speed that was 80 km/h must exceed 90 km/h. In the new year, we will launch a "three-pronged offensive," advancing in tandem and collaborating seamlessly across the three battlefields of domestic market, overseas business, and mining sector. The difficulty of challenges in 2026 may rise by one or two levels, but this is an inevitable path for us to move from "excellence" to "perfection." We will take "stride forward, forge ahead courageously" as our marching rhythm, resolutely advancing toward stronger barriers, more arduous journeys, and broader horizons!

　　The past year has written a magnificent chapter; the new year will scale greater heights. The journey of 2026 unfolds before us—it is a new battlefield for BGE people to pursue their dreams and a new coordinate for the company to march forward. Let us embrace the starry river, hold the sun and moon as lamps, not be trapped by the past, not worry about the unknown, tread smoothly over obstacles with steadfast action, and depict the future with lofty aspirations.

　　The new year is like a giant brush, capable of writing great undertakings spanning centuries; our original aspiration is as firm as a rock, able to withstand the test of time. May the rivers and mountains be magnificent, the people be prosperous and families thrive, all who work diligently be generously rewarded, and all who hold fervent hopes shine brightly.
