　　孤芽破冻土，始于一粟之萌；寒溪奔沧海，起于一滴之积。世间所有壮阔，皆孕育于“零”的胚胎——那是未被定义的可能，是尚待耕耘的旷野，更是勇者脚下最坚实的起点。创业之路从无坦途：所谓开创，从来不是坐拥锦绣的从容，而是踏破荒原的勇毅；所谓前行，从来不是循着坦途的安逸，而是劈山开路的决绝。

　　从零起飞，需有“无中生有”的闯劲。如朔漠驼队，不见绿洲便踏碎荒芜寻甘泉；似暗夜行者，没有灯火便点燃心火照前路。这世上从无万事俱备的契机，唯有躬身入局的决心，方能让荒芜之地长出繁盛森林，让沉寂之水汇成奔涌江河。

　　从零起飞，还需有“虚怀若谷”的谦诚。三岁稚子学步，必先稳立缓趋；千仞高山成景，必先纳壤聚石。不以初生为借口，反以无知为鞭策，如海绵吸露般汲取新知，如雏鸟学飞般精进良技。向先行者问道，向同行者取经，这份谦卑从非怯懦，而是将希望扎根沃土的智慧 —— 唯有厚积，方能薄发。

　　从零起飞，更需有“水滴石穿”的坚守。如孤松立崖，任风雨侵蚀仍扎根岩缝；似河入沧海，历百折千回仍奔涌向前。从零到一，是勇气叩开了大门；从一到第一，需以一生的赤诚与拼搏为钥。时光从不会辜负执着的坚守，那些日积月累的付出，终将在某一日绽放成璀璨光华。

　　高能环境创业三十三载，靠的就是把“不可能”拆成“每一步可能”，把“一瞬间”熬成“一辈子”，那些从无到有的创造，那些白手起家的坚守，恰是时光最珍贵的馈赠，让每一步前行都掷地有声。如今出海扬帆、矿业拓疆，我们仍守持初心自零始的纯粹与刚毅，于新程浩渺中，书就高能环境之全新鸿章。

　　A single bud breaks through frozen soil, sprouting from a tiny seed; a cold stream rushes to the sea, growing from a single drop. All grandeur in the world originates from the embryo of "zero" — it is undefined possibility, untilled wilderness, and above all, the firmest starting point under the feet of the brave.

　　The path of entrepreneurship is never smooth: to pioneer is not the ease of enjoying prosperity, but the courage to traverse desolation; to advance is not the comfort of following a smooth road, but the resolve to carve a path through mountains.

　　Taking off from zero requires the courage to "create something out of nothing". Like camel caravans in the desert, they trample desolation to find oases when none are in sight; like travelers in the dark, they ignite the fire within to light the way when there is no lamp. There is never a perfect moment fully prepared in this world — only the determination to roll up one's sleeves and engage can make lush forests grow from barren land, and surging rivers form from quiet waters.

　　Taking off from zero also demands the humility of "having an open mind like a valley". A three-year-old learning to walk must first stand steady and move slowly; a thousand-foot mountain forming a scenic view must first gather soil and stones. Do not use inexperience as an excuse, but take ignorance as motivation — absorb new knowledge like a sponge soaking up dew, and refine skills like a young bird learning to fly. Seek wisdom from pioneers and learn from peers; this humility is never cowardice, but the wisdom of rooting hope in fertile ground — only through accumulation can one achieve breakthroughs.

　　Taking off from zero further requires the perseverance of "dripping water wears through stone". Like a lone pine standing on a cliff, it takes root in rock crevices despite wind and rain; like a river flowing to the sea, it surges forward despite countless twists and turns. From zero to one, courage unlocks the door; from one to the best, it takes a lifetime of sincerity and striving as the key. Time never betrays persistent perseverance — the efforts accumulated day after day will eventually bloom into brilliant radiance one day.

　　Over 33 years of entrepreneurship, BGE has relied on breaking down "impossibility" into "every possible step", and turning "a moment" into "a lifetime". Those creations from scratch and perseverance from nothing are precisely the most precious gifts of time, making every step forward resounding. Today, as we set sail overseas and expand into the mining industry, we still uphold the purity and fortitude of starting from zero with our original aspiration. In the vast journey ahead, we will write a new magnificent chapter for BGE.
